They must charge more for it. I don't use a lot of flour. I rarely make
biscuits; most of my flour usage is limited to dredging something (such as
beef for stew or soup) in seasoned flour prior to browning it Or if I
make a pan of cornbread, I add some flour to the cornmeal. That's really
about it.

Aha! Now I get it. :-) Would you be able to restrain yourself from
overdoing? Maybe one, once in a great while, would satisfy? (I'm too
compulsive -- one, once in a while, wouldn't satisfy me.)
