my sister-in-law showed up yesterday with this offering................it
was fantastic!

SPINACH SALAD:

10 OZ. FRESH SPINACH WASHED AND TORN
4 HARD COOKED EGGS, SLICED
1 CUP CUBED SWISS OR PEPPER CHEESE
2 CUPS FRESH SLICED MUSHROOMS
1 BUNCH GREEN ONIONS AND TOPS SLICED

ADD AS MUCH OF THE FOLLOWING AS DESIRED:
CUBED SALAMI
AVOCADO
CUBED TURKEY
ARTICHOKE HEARTS CHOPPED

DRESSING:

8 OZ. SOFT CREAM CHEESE
1/2 CUP SOUR CREAM
3 T. MILK
1 1/2 T. LEMON JUICE
2 tsp. SUGAR

LAYER INGREDIENTS AND END WITH CHEESE. MIX DRESSING, POUR OVER,
AND SEAL TO EDGE. COOK 1/2 LB. BACON, CRUMBLE AND PUT ON TOP.
COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP, CHILL FOR 3 HRS. OR OVERNIGHT. TOSS AND
SERVE TO A CROWD.
