Open Sky Coffee announces the second annual Open Sky Roast-off on
Saturday, August 25, between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm at the North Riverside Farmers Market just west of Chicago. Market patrons will enjoy informative conversation as numerous talented home coffee roasters demonstrate their craft. During the event, coffee of all varieties will be served free of charge.
