Even as an Aussie, I don't see the relevence.

And....... trim the links so that they open with the minimum of fuss......
ie, all we have to do is click on them, rather than crop, copy, paste.

Have you heard of www.tinyurl.com ???

Like Google, it can be your friend.

It wasn't meant to have relevence; it was relevance. ;-)

Yep. I use it all the time if a link is longer than a single line.
(But I also usually include the full URL as a future reference point,
and for those who don't trust tinyURLs.)

So why didn't you use them the first time?

I'm glad to see you cleaned up your links, and posted tinyurls with
them.

Sometimes all one needs is a swift kick in the arse to get one moving in
the right direction.

I'm glad to be of service to you.

Because the friggin' URLs weren't wrapped around when I *sent* them,
so they weren't necessary AFAIWC.

You were too late to be of any use in this case; but I'll keep you in
mind if I need a drinks waiter in future. (Though your reputation for
tardiness may count against that opportunity for you. 8-)

You seem to have a time correlation problem.

Maybe tomorrow afternoon when you've sobered and can see that you've got
a foot stuck firmly in your mouth, you might be able to understand what
was being said.

Hmmmmmmmm, homosexual fantasies, as well as killing all your pets and
ripping all the heads off your dolls when you were a child...... you are
one seriously ill sumbitch.

You can get help you know.

Yeah. I usually remember to use them. Perhaps I missed this time?
But it also does depend on whether the specific newsreader at the
other end parses them properly across a line wrap, and I suspect some
don't -- which is why I prefer to offer tinyURL as an option if I'm
aware of a potential line wrap problem when posting.

Okay, I know this was the wrong cartoon but it's
my favorite. I really relate to the "whatever it is"
talking to the duck. What is it anyway?

If the one you're looking at is "today's" for Sat 4 Aug 2007, then
it's one of these fringe dwellers:

<quoting>
DUMP RATS
They live in a world of junk, grime, fleas and flies. This is life as
good as it gets and they love it!
</quoting>

(Click on the "Profiles" link on the Strip of the Day page and you'll
be introduced to the various characters that inhabit the Swamp.)

I actually passed your brother this afternoon.

He left the same stain on the toilet paper as you did.
