![]() I see a Henckel's Forged Synergy 3-knife set (3" paring, 6" utility, 8" chef) for $60. Does anyone know about the quality of the Forged Synergy line and why they're so inexpensive? |

OK after typing that I see Henckles does indeed sell a starter set in that configuration. I'd say go for it. They are fine knives and will last decades if treated properly. Get a good steel to go with them and have the blades professionally sharpened. Paul |
