Tallow was their original secret.

Then people blamed beef fat and cholesterol for heart
problems, so they switched to PHVO because it was "safer".

Now it turns out it's the trans-fats in PHVO that have been
causing the problems.

So they should go back to tallow.

He used to go to some highly techo laboratory...... it was all double dutch
to me (even though my CA wife was a Theoretical Physicist :-)

He's still living at Half Moon Bay though, with some other friends of mine.
