Default Zucchini Kebab of tonight (recipe and pic)

ZUCCHINI KEBAB

Category: antipasti
Yield: 10 porzioni
Preparation time: 20 minutes

600 gr zucchini
145 gr. pan carrč
100 gr ricotta cheese
3 cloves garlic
4 tbs pecorino romano cheese
3 tbs breadcrumb - plus other for breading
2 tbs basils
2 tbs oil - plus other for frying
1 tbs flour - for breading
1 tbs sesame seeds - for breading
a pinch salt

Wash and cut zucchini in little cubes of about 0.4''. Put in a wok 2 tbs of
oil with whole garlic; when it is hot, brown zucchini for about 20 minutes.
Put the slices of bread in the food processor and set aside. Then put your
zucchini cubes in the food processors and make a cream.
Put in a bowl: minced bread, zucchini cream, ricotta cheese, 3 tbs of
breadcrumb, 1 egg, pecorino romano cheese, a pinch of salt. Mix well all
together.
In a large tray put other 3 tbs of breadcrumb, 3 tbs of flour and 3 tbs of
sesame seeds. Mix very well.
Make your miny kebab with your hand and pass them into the mixture of sesam
and flour and breadcrumb before frying.
