Funny, I do just the opposite. ;-) I lay them out on a plate and carefully pick at least the spine bones out. The cats happily eat them. But now I'm thinking a fishy tomato sauce. I've used squished Anchovy in the past to enrich sauces. It gives it a very unique flavor. -- Peace, Om Remove _ to validate e-mails. I definitely won't eat the pink type. The red is not as bad. All canned fish is pretty bad aesthetically, but it is good for you. I used to have a thing for sardines in mustard sauce. Right now, it sounds pretty unappealing. > -- > Peace, Om --Bryan |

I'm actually pretty much ok with water canned tuna. My personal preference is Chicken of the Sea brand. It really is different from the generic/store brand I've tried. -- Peace, Om Remove _ to validate e-mails. "My mother never saw the irony in calling me a Son of a bitch" -- Jack Nicholson |

Baked with a bit of sherry sprinkled on top. The ham takes on a whole new flavor and it's really delicious. Loaded with fat, of course. |

So? ;-) The only evil in that recipe (to me) are the bread crumbs... -- Peace, Om Remove _ to validate e-mails. "My mother never saw the irony in calling me a Son of a bitch" -- Jack Nicholson |
