Little "salatini" (or rustici) made with puffy pastry and filled with : 1)
ricotta and broccoletti 2) red bell peppers and anchovies 3) wurstel (hot dog mignon) Very good!!!! http://i15.tinypic.com/6f7xvgz.jpg http://i19.tinypic.com/4ku0e54.jpg Then "Pacchettini di prosciutto ai porri" (little packs of cooked ham filled with a leeks and bechamel cream).
