Default Antipasti of today

Little "salatini" (or rustici) made with puffy pastry and filled with : 1)
ricotta and broccoletti 2) red bell peppers and anchovies 3) wurstel (hot
dog mignon)
Very good!!!!

Then "Pacchettini di prosciutto ai porri" (little packs of cooked ham
filled with a leeks and bechamel cream).
This pic is before I put them in oven (then I forgot to take the pic when
they were ready )))

I like everything except the hot dogs. Did you really cook those on
the bbq?

Google has not been our friend lately. Someone here couldn't find her
own post a few weeks ago, but I did... now, I can't find your receipe
for Polpette di Melanzane only a reference to it in 2005.

Is this close enough?

PS: Are you just going to leave us with our tongues hanging out or
are you going to post the recipes for salatini and Pacchettini di
prosciutto ai porri?

You made me hungry!

And for you there will be 69 antipasti like the famous restaurant in Turin.
The name of this restaurant is "Bastian Contrario" ( in italian language

Yes it is. But I don't understand why you call them "Meatballs" if you
don't put the meat DDD

The recipefor salatini is very simple if you have a ready puffy pastry; for

L'alimento sembra squisito!

Unfortunately the U.S. version of the salatini is a hotdog in a crescent
roll.

But all those ingredients are available here. I'll have to try it out.

Oh! Thank you! Give it a try. If you can find a ready puffy pastry, you will
make in a minute
