for a little bit.
Flying out tomorrow to Hobart (Tasmania), then flying back to Sydney on Monday morning to say goodbye to K1 (DSIL) in the afternoon, then back to Tassie that night. Then at least we'll have 7 days to try and enjoy ourselves. My mission this trip is to go and dive and procure my own lobster. The water down there at the moment is *F******** freezing!!!! Dry Suit anyone? -- Peter Lucas Brisbane Australia "People sleep safely in their beds because rough men stand ready in the night to do violence to those who would do them harm" -- George Orwell |

I tried to keep the SO busy 24/7 so that there wasn't too much time to think and there weren't too many tears. But now, back in the 'real world'...... she's back to her job, I'm back to mine......... but every now and then the realization kicks in and things turn to shit for a bit. Once again, you go off half cocked, not knowing what the hell is going on. But......... I forgot..... the post you have jumped on and 'answered' was originally directed at Christy, who actually *knows* what's been happening. If you want to know, talk to her. Sounds like tasty fun. I think I'm going to have to do the dry suit thing myself as many of the places that interest me (and aren't too far away) are too cold for comfort in a wet suit. My recent Cozumel trip I didn't even bother with a wet suit however as it was nice and warm. |

It sounds a great lifestyle, even if you work hard and have no water! (Number 4 is on her way to Perth as we speak) That about sums up the UK at the moment, lots of people heading for the relative sanity of Oz! If I didn't have parents I love and respect I'd be straight out there to my Aunt (Also in Brisbane but WAY out of the city) Sarah |

Good luck on your lobster hunt, I hope you find one. Please come back and tell us all about it. Our season begins in about a month, I believe. I never went lobster hunting, diving in the dark creeps me out. Becca |
