I think his punishment should be working for the next year at a dog
groomers shop...for 365 days IN A ROW. No sick days....and when he
is finished grooming dogs...then he gets to clean up EVERYTHING in the
kennel.

Actually, that's exactly what he needs. The SOB should be FED to the
dogs, preferably while he's still alive.
