Personally, I like Boone's Farm, Ripple and some Muscatel. You won't find
any wines much cheaper than these.

I tried some variety of Carlo Rossi that folks here recommended and it
was too sweet for my taste.

For a "drink it with pizza or spaghetti" wine, it's hard to beat
Inglenook Chianti. It's often on sale for $5 per 1.5L bottle.

Try the Burgundy, or Rhine.

Inglenook is not bad, but I lean more towards Beringer, or some of the
Australian wines.

I tend to avoid Yellowtail tho'. It's often a bit harsh.

I will, however, try your recommendation. :-) Chianti has not been on
the menu for a few years.

Yellowtail (all varieties of red) is thick and syrupy and has too
much vanilla for my taste. Lately we have been enjoying Hardy's,
both the Shiraz and Merlot.
