Lunch was 1/2 a whole wheat Pita (from Al Khayam bakery) w/ 1 slice swiss cheese, 2 slices turkey lunchmeat and 2 slices of garden tomato. Breakfast was coffee, and cereal (1/2 mueslix, 1/2 Honey Bunches of Oats) Yesterday dinner was homemade "fried rice", w/ chives, bean sprouts, mushrooms, and some bulgogi meat and brown rice. I'll have more veggies tonight. Happy? |

For example, the English and, perhaps surprisingly, the French are often given to understatement - which is at once understood as such by those in the know. If one says "pas mal la petite" about a girl, one is expressing a genuine appreciation, without going quite out of one's way. It is no different with food or anything else, either. Victor |
