I couldn't say. Charlie Gibson is also a head shaker. I supect they
have him on meds to decrease it. I have a minor hand tremble when I
try and do a thumb/forefinger pinch. Geezeritis. I'm grateful it's

He seemed surprised to find that people wondered if he had
Parkinsons, not all that long ago when he was still on
Good Morning America. I think they called it something like
non-specific tremors. He doesn't have Parkinsons unless
something has changed since then.

The term I've heard is "benign specific tremor" sometimes
abbreviated as "bst".

He should have had a manicure before the cameras did close-ups on his
hands.

Other than that, I thought it was cute - I have most of the things he
has - except a ravioli maker, a tomato slicer and a knife that long -
although I do have a giant butchering knife that my grandpa used when
he butchered hogs. That sucker is discolored (not stainless steel)
and SHARP. I love it. It's the only knife I have that will cut an
acorn squash in half with ease.

It measures in ounces and also indicates # of servings for people who can't
figure out how many ounces of pasta they need for a specific recipe. Works
for me Of course it only works for long skinny pastas (see the Spaghetti
thread!).

I have to wonder why he has *two* of so many gadgets he doesn't use, never
has used and probably never will use.
