Default Watering down salsa

I bought a large bottle of salsa that is too hot. Other than tomato
and onion I can't think of anything else to add to water it down.

Suggestions?

Buy another large bottle that's a mild version (doesn't need to be the
same brand) and mix them together. If you're not sure of the results
just mix a couple ounces of each to test out the heat level. If it's
still too hot save the mild one for you and give the hot one to
someone who likes hot.

Tomatillos, cilantro, avocado, fresh (not canned)
water chestnuts, mango (don't like this, but some do),
plantain (really don't like this), various cheeses.

You could use it to make a shrimp seviche.

I added some diced tomatoes, onion, a little cheese and some sour
cream. Took the fire right out.

I mix it half & half with sour cream. Makes a lovely
dip.
