My Curried Chicken

Recipe By:

Main Ingredient:

1 md Onion ; chopped
1/2 c Celery
2 tb Flour
1/2 tbsp Curry powder
1 md Green pepper
1/4 c Fresh parsley
1/4 ts Pepper
3 c Cooked chicken
1/4 c Margarine
14 oz Tomatoes/ ground tomatato
1 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Chicken stock *
1/3 c Raisins
* I use bovril packets

-= Instructions =-
Chop onion, seed & dice pepper, chop celery and dice chicken. Saute onion
& celery in marg in large shallow pan. Saute til onion is soft, about 5
minutes. Stir in curry and flour, cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, and green
pepper, cook stirring often Add stock and raisins and bring to boil. Add
chicken Serve over rice.
