1. Please take off your caps lock, it's considered shouting on
usenet.
2. Post a URL so we can take a look. Maybe the problem is with your
settings - not the website's fault.
3. To read the recipes more easily while you're awaiting a reply from
one of us *after* you post a URL we can review, I suggest highlighting
the text in question with your cursor. The background will turn white
and give you a better contrast.

Thanks. I'd be willing to bet that a good percentage of the people
who type with their caps lock on have poor vision and don't know they
can increase the text size.

In most browsers you can set your own color preferences for text and
background. Be sure to turn the feature off after you're done
browsing the site since it may make other sites look weird.
