Default Labor day weekend roast results

350 degrees for 4 hours.
I'd forgotten that table top roasters needed the cooking time cut as
they cook faster so it was a bit more done than I like, but meltingly
tender and VERY flavorful so it's all good. :-)

I roasted the veggies in the oven as well for various times.
The corn was nuked in the husk as usual.

It was just for photo purposes. <g>
That would last me at LEAST 3 to 4 meals.
Most of it went into the 'frige.

Not a bad recipe, but the way I did it was much simpler. ;-)

The way I did that also works really well for some roast beef methods as
well as pot roasts.

I've done this many times. It's wonderful for grilled pork shoulders too.

<lol>

The plates I use for most photographs now are 14" across, ruby red glass.
I use them to serve dinner guests too. I'll have to take a jpeg of one
next time I drag one out.
