No seasoning; it's not needed. I put it in the dishwasher, and the next time I use it, it performs perfectly with no scrubbing. I've never heard of anyone seasoning a stainless steel pan. Cast-iron needs seasoning. N. |

Stainless steel cookware should definitely be properly seasoned... has nothing whatsoever in common with how cast iron cookware is seasoned. Sheldon |
