My husband's first wife was Mexican and her family made a dish that he
fell in love with and has asked every chef he has ever met for 30
years if they know of this recipe - and no luck yet, thought I'd try
here... He says it was a mixture containing diced BEETS and PICKLES
of all things, rolled up in tortillas and covered with a sauce that
had cinnamon in it. I've hunted through recipes forever and have
never found anything remotely similar - sounds like a really odd
combination, doesn't it?! Anyway anybody that knows about this dish
or has any suggestions would be appreciated for a lifetime!! Thanks!
