Then, I'd say the chili was not the problem, assuming it was actually
bubbling a bit for the majority of that time. There are so many other things
that could've caused digestive problems. For instance, did you accidentally
see any live video of George Bush on TV yesterday? Lose any money betting on
the Mets?

It was bubbling pretty good during this time. Anytime I cook I always
ensure that everything is cook throughly. I rather my food be overcook
then undercook. Watching Bush talk about his 'stay the course' Iraq
policy does make me nauseated but after all these years my stomach is
used to it now. I was disappointed the Mets didn't make it to the
playoffs but I'm glad the Cubs made it.

It seems to be safe then to eat some more chili tonight.
