The show "How It's Made" on the Discovery channel (cable TV) had a segment on
fish farming. I hadn't thought much about the intricacies involved but its 2000 BC tech. They showcased trout farming. Very basic. No microscopes or exacting science about it for a portion of the industry, evidenced in this segment. Just a man and his fish. It was a great intro into fish farming from mating to market. Hope you get a chance to see it if you haven't already. I'd always taken "How It's Made" more from a manufacturing standpoint. Enjoy, Andy |
