Default Spinach fettuccini Pandora's recipe

For the one who asked me, here is my recipe for spinach fettuccini. I don't
think I 'll able to do them for dinnar because I have not spinach((

FETTUCCINE AGLI SPINACI

250 gr flour - plus other for the rolling board
140 gr spinach - (only leaves)
2 eggs
salt

Clean and wash spinach, then cook them (for ten minutes) in a pan with few
salt and without water. When they are ready, squeeze them very well and
mince them in a food processor.
Now make your egg pasta: put on a rolling board the flour and make the
fountain; in the center put the whole eggs and spinach. Knead very well till
you will obtain a very smooth and omogeneous ball.
At this point, if you don't have a pasta machine like this

(I Am very happy to have it), take your rolling pin and begin to extend
your pasta (over the floured rolling board) in a very thin sheet of pastry.
Roll up you pastry on itself in order to obtain a spiral roll. Cut your
fettuccini on the shorter side and then put them over a floured tablecloth
giving them a nests shape or hang them on the special wooden tool (like the
one you have seen in my pic).
I hope you will like it
