Hiya guys,

I am sooooooooooo excited! I am heading to the cook-in very shortly
and will be cooking there, as I have all my cooking stuff in my car.

I went to the Poway farmers market this morning, and lo and behold,
one vendor had squash blossoms! So, another dish is added to my
contributions....Stuffed Baked Squash Blossoms!

Now, if I can only dig out the cookbook in the back of my car which
has this marvelous recipe, courtesy of Lulu Peyraud via Richard Olney.

I have been informed that a computer will be set up in the kitchen,
so we can give blow-by-blow descriptions of the cook-in, tell who is
being mean to whom, and so forth..

I only found out about the Poway Farmer's Market after talking to you! I
will have to visit it. Lovely squash blossoms.

Everyone was too busy talking to do much online I think. There seemed to be
lots of computers in that beautiful house!
