She was probably after your peanut butter. Or your crackers. Or just a "cool place to nap" on the shelf. They like shelves. They like closets. They don't like closed doors. Cats are weird that way. I'd never had a cat before, either. This one just showed up January 6, 2001 and said "Yes, I live here now. Get over it!" And so she's lived here ever since. And she steps on me, kneads on me taps on me and in every way tries to wake me up to make me feed her before it's time. She's not starving, but you know cats.... they try ![]() Jill |
