'-) Best Dungeness crab we ever ate was at the dock in Juneau. About an hour from ocean to plate. We watched our ship sail with a new load of passengers and enjoyed the crab. <sigh> -- -Barb, Mother Superior, HOSSSPoJ Notes about our meals in Tuscany have been posted to http://www.jamlady.eboard.com; 10-16-2007 |

At home, I go for simple: crepes squeezed with lemon juice and a dusting of powdered sugar. I've also made classic crepe suzette with the orange rind and the flames at the table. That always works to impress guests. --Lia |

I think I still have it. I used it a few times. I didn't have much luck with it. I have a small non stick pan, a crepe pan and a small cast iron. When I make crepes I use the three of them instead of the electric one. I find I can handle the three pans to turn out a batch of crepes quickly. I like to make a batch of crepes for brunch and then save the rest and use them in small bunches, usually for desserts. |

I did this on a couple of occasions as a "tween" -- my mother would be very happy to find dinner a cookin' when she got home from work... -- Jani in WA |

I usually stay away from non-stick items, but I don't think I'll be eating many crepes -- if I get to 'really' want loads of them, then I'll go back to the old steel pan I have, but I doubt it.
