Then bake covered for 45 min, and then uncovered for another 15. Turns out fine! |

And sometimes for topping I use 2 cups cheddar/mozzarella shredded cheese mix sprinkle with a little parmesan. |

They never rehydrate right, and the sauce gets starchy. However, it might work really well if you assemble the lasagna (using dry noodles) and then freeze it to bake later. It takes me about 3 hours to make my sauce and I will think this will be way too long to soak the noodles. |
