Default Another oven quandry

I'll be finishing a brisket at 325, but I need to cook an au gratin at
375 for an hour.

The brisket will rest for 30 minutes, so I can crank he heat on the au
gratin for 30 minutes.

At 325, when should I put the au gratin in?

I would add 15-20 minutes to the au gratin while at 325.
