Another "bullshit" factor in this classical game is to propose
rediculously high betting values so that the other person will never
accept. Since the same honor point is made regardless of if the bet
is for $10,000 or $10, the only party hurt by the bluff is the charity
who was supposed to benefit. As such, lower amounts cannot be
honorably refused, since this makes it more likely for the wager to be
transacted and thus, the charity to benefit.
