I don't look any further than Dimitri's family recipe that he
demonstrated on the first "Calling all Cooks" show on Food Network.

Yes, certainly it is RFC's Dimitri. Does anyone around here know

You just rocked the earth when you said who's Kay. She's a former
regular here until we chased her away. Anyway, she and her aunt
made brisket on Calling all Cooks. You'll have to ask Dimitri how
he got on. I smile like a maniac every time I see him and his
family on the show.
