Pardon my ignorance, but what all can you do with this? Do you eat it as
is or is it an ingredient in other dishes?

I put it on ice cream. Think melty caramel. I imagine people put
it on cakes and pies, stuff like that. You can buy it in the
ice cream topping section. I ... uh ... sometimes just eat it with
a spoon, but please don't tell anyone.

When I allow myself to eat such things that's the way I like it. Very
cold.

Dulce de Leche AND Nutella? Oh man, that's just too much. It sounds
wonderful, but my stomach would reach up and take me by the throat!
