Default Giada's Farmer's Pasta

My sil made this dish yesterday, I really like it. A take on
macaroni and cheese. She added broccoli, which was a
great addition, as far as I'm concerned. I don't know if she
blanched it first, it was nice and green.

My friend Susan made this on Christmas Eve. She had asked me to look up the recipe
but couldn't remember what it was called, only that she'd seen it on Giada's show,
and that it had lots of different cheeses! lol
I haven't tried it, but between yours and hers recommendations, looks like I need to!

That looks super! Going to have to try it. Broccoli sounds like a good
addition too.

Love the mix of cheeses. Probably would be good with swiss type cheeses
too.

I like it. To me, baked mac and cheese is just another type
of cassorole. Put anything in it you want. Broccoli would do
just fine.
