Default [Help] Westcolite?

I'm trying to identify this ingredient westcolite. Its listed as one
of the ingredients in Taro Bread sold at 99 Ranch Market. I'm
interested in trying to figure out how to make this bread at home.
I've googled for information on this ingredient and cannot find any
source of information on it.
