Yo
When you use, in this case, ground nut oil can you re-use it or does it get thrown? Thinking about putting it in a jar for later use when deep frying. Also just used rice paper for the first time (not sure I'll bother again but it's in the cupboard and needs using), wrapped some meat in it. Not sure I really go for the texture, bit like ravioli, can it be deep fried or baked? On that subject can you bake filo, wonton pastry etc. Save using all that oil. Sorry so many questions. Any help appreciated. Cheers BB |
