After all, they both grind pepper. Differences come in the ability to hold up for many years, the ease of grinding larger quantities, the feel in the hand, a lot of other factors that may or may not be of importance to you. Take a look at two bottles of liquor side by side, one costing $10, the other costing $40. They look the same right? Only when you actually taste them can you tell the difference and understand why some people are willing to pay more for quality. |
