Thanks for the link, sf! I just might make shrimp & grits for dinner
tonight, I think ;> I ended up making a batch of boiled shrimp with
homemade cocktail sauce last night, instead.

Some unexpected company came over that evening, and I took the 'fast'
route with the boiled shrimp. Luckily, I had just enough 'shrimp boil'
to do the job I don't think our guest had ever had homemade cocktail
sauce before, so that was a hit. But, I still haven't gotten to the
shrimp & grits yet! Maybe tonight.
