Hi everyone! How's the day treating you so far? I'm new to all of this so I wasn't sure if this is where I post my introduction. I love food and I'm always up for trying something new. Lately, I've been experimenting with different ingredients. One has been salmon. I love it cooked, baked, or raw (sashimi style). Let me know what you think of this one:

Salmon Tar tar(I can't really think of anything clever)
-sashimi salmon (0.75 to 1 lb)
-japanese mayo (2 tablespoon)
-green onions (1/4 cup) finely chopped
-sesame oil (1 teaspoon)
-salt and pepper
-yuzu (1 tablespoon)

1)Mash salmon, but still allow some texture (we dont' want it to be a puree)
2)Mix salmon, onions, mayo, sesame oil, yuzu
3)Add a dash of salt and pepper
4)Mix well and serve on top of crackers or mini toast.

Welcome. (In strict terms, this isn't a forum, however, it's a Usenet
newsgroup.)

Discussion of food, questions, remarks, etc., are welcome any time.
