Default Dinner Tonight

Oscar Mayer smoked, uncured, all beef nitrite free hot dogs (amazingly, they
were good!) with thick slices of browned vidalia onion and Grey Poupon
country style mustard on sections of batard bread from Durham's Ninth Street
Bakery, baked beans doctored with molasses, and a Samuel Smith Nut Brown
Ale.

Mmm mmm mmm.

That looks good. The hot curry ketchup there..that looks like there
is Sriracha on top of it....is it?

Christine, now thinking of using up some of her frozen ground beef for
sloppy joes...

Dinner tonight would be breakfast. We're having soft-set scrambled eggs
with cheddar and chives, homemade sage and hot pepper sausage patties,
buttermilk biscuits, and homefries with onions. No recipes here, all by
sight and touch. Although, for the sausage I use fresh ground fatty pork
seasoned with salt, black pepper, rubbed sage, and red pepper flakes, all
to taste.

I saw Hebrew National and a bunch of others. This is a new grocery one of
ONE in
Downtown Raleigh (har), called Capital City Grocery.
