Default Supper Tonight

Rotissierred Chicken with slim slices of lime placed under the skin and a
little salt and pepper in the cavitivy. A old but tasty standby.

Tonight will be (probably) bean burritos, chips, salsa, beer and tequila
from our favorite hole in the wall Tex/Mex place. It's Friday....that's
what we do!

I'm making Yukon Gold potatoes, roasted with some olive oil and Herbamare
and also some steaks that my husband picked out for him and daughter. Oh
that reminds me! I have to cook the green beans. Forgot to put them on!

Not sure what I'll have. Probably bean tacos again.
