Order Any Two of our 4 oz. bags of our beef jerky or any two bags of
our fruit sticks from my website, and once the company has informed me
of your order placed, I will send you a $6.00 money order refund for
one bag. That way you'll be enjoying one bag on me free. Limited to 4
people weekly, so best hurry if you want to be one of the first 4 to
get a $6.00 refund. This offer will be available for the next 4
months and is subject to change for either the worse or better,
hopefully better depending on the amount of orders the website gets.
Sincerely,
Donald M. Atkins

Do you make SPAM jerky?

This is not a commercial newsgroup and you are in violation of the terms of
service of your internet provider.

You intrude and I'm the bad guy for calling you on it. Rather than drum up
business here, all you did was **** off potential customers. There is a
reason newsgroups are to be non commercial and are chartered to be that way.

Oh please do forgive me, but it is called free advertising which is a
form of freedom of speech. Apperantly I am not to have that right
here. Yeah, you are the bad guy here. Who are you to judge Huh? NONE!!
Do not judge lest ye be judged and with the measure you met out will
be the measure you get back! Mathew Chapter 7 verses 1 and 2 Well
excuse a poor disabled guy from trying to make a better living for
himself.

Point is, this is NOT a commercial newsgroup. You can't "advertise" all
willy nilly. Try rec.food.marketplace. As the name implies, it's a
"marketplace" for selling food and food-related things.

Do they mail you those "terms of service"? I have never received
them.
Who makes up the rules of what a "violation" is?

Are you stupid??

You're posting via Comcast out of Knoxville, TN.

Did you know that Comcast has Terms of Service that you agree to before you
sign up with them?

They are posted at their web site, a very nice web site, in fact.

For you, Comcast. http://www.comcast.net/terms/

"transmit unsolicited bulk or commercial messages or "spam." This
includes, but is not limited to, unsolicited advertising,
promotional materials or other solicitation material, bulk mailing
of commercial advertising, chain mail, informational announcements,
charity requests, and petitions for signatures;"

Of course the Google Grouper that started this spam thread is a good
example of one that a *real* Google Groups filter (on the word
googlegroups in the Message-ID header) kills but a false Google Groups
filter (on gmail in the From header) does not.
