Why would one smuggle in haggises (haggisi?) ? I would have thought
you 'd just go to a local butcher.

Sorry, I was being a bit sarcastic. I know that Scotland has had a
government etc but I didn't think that it dealt with foreign
relations.

It's not just the central nervous system. Part of
the intestine is also a "specified risk material",
but the practice is to treat the entire intestine
as though it is an SRM.

Ah, I see, a bit like a province here then. Still it sounds strange
to suggest that the Scotish Gov't would approach the US Gov't. It's
