I visited their website today and was very impressed with their recipe
selection and I think you might be as well. I really got hungry when I saw the recipe for bananas foster!! Each one has a picture of the finished product and being a soup person, I was also impressed with their collection of soup recipes. Check out this page, which this week seems to focus on New Orleans. However, on the side are the various other areas you can search out. Needless to say, as I type these words, I am very hungry!! http://www.williams-sonoma.com/recip...cm%5Ftype=gnav Enjoy! Anthony |

You could subtract the $200 marinador! I tend to choose recipes for things I enjoy but is limited to five or six ingredients, Being a lover of pasta dishes, I collect Italian cookbooks that have very simple recipes and one of my favorites is Mr. Food Cooks Pasta. The recipes are so simple that if you have dry pasta in the house, you no doubt have the other things too. Having said that, I still love to look at all kinds of recipes, especially with pics of the finished products. I will never make them, but it is fun to read about them and their preparation. If it is something that after having seen I want to try desperately, I will usually try to find a good restaurant that offers it (but it better be under $20...for the whole meal!) I like simple. The latest one is a braised short rib recipe. I believe they have it in the recipe to be prepared in a slow cooker, but I've been making it in a dutch oven with great results. I have yet to use a barolo wine as suggested in the recipe as I'm still too cheap to use a $30 bottle of wine like that. Heck, we don't usually drink $30 bottles of wine. It does make up well with other red wines though. -- Queenie *** Be the change you wish to see in the world *** |
