There was a massive explosion at the Imperial Sugar plant in Port
Wentworth, Georgia last night around 8PM Eastern. It's just north of Savannah, GA; I fly into the airport there to get to my parents' home in SC. http://www.cnn.com/2008/US/02/08/ref...ast/index.html I don't know how much cane sugar this plant provides to food mfg. companies and consumers but there won't be any sugar refined there any time soon.
