Bush's remarks, as usual, should've been edited. "we must never turn a blind
eye to the suffering of the innocent at the hands of evil men".

His writers forgot to include "...unless this suffering involves genocide in
parts of Africa which have no natural resources of interest to the USA at
the time". Iraq, on the other hand....

i didn't know his work that well, but he does seem to have a lot of
admirers who don't necessarily agree with him politically. i was a
little surprised that he was the only holocaust survivor to serve in
congress. i'm not sure why i'm surprised, though.
