Well, needless to say a good time was had by all.

Thank you to the Bartos for graciously opening your home to us.
They made
Chicken pork paté rolled in proscuitto
Swedish pickled shrimp
Rum Brownies

Christine Dabney was a cooking whirlwind.
She made:
Roasted yellow pepper with tomatoes
Roasted Autumn vegetables in the style of cofu'
Stuffed Zucchini blossoms.

Debbie and Peter McCleod with the absolutely darling kid units made
The first kid unit made sushi, all alone and was nice enough to walk
around serving it. What a doll
Second kid unit was in charge of selling the raffle tickets, and kept
a close eye on making sure the monies were well accounted for, I know,
I tried to get a deal but to no avail.
Peter made his sushi also and they also made green chili stew.

Jamie and Brian (my prime suspects for the fire)
Herb roasted grilled pork tenderloin
Delilah's and Fred's Mai Tais
Pumpkin up-side down cake with cranberry topping
Home made pear-caramel swirl ice-cream.

Rich & Patti McCormick made
Savory zucchini and cheese madelines
Mini chimichangas with chipolte chile sauce

Mimi Hiller
Who was nice enough to make the long drive, thank you for coming Mimi
Croissant bread pudding with caramel sauce

Jack Schidt®
Thank you Jack for sharing your vacation with us. We were honored.
Smoked blue fish,
Crab cakes from Connecticut
German wurst

Koko
Beef shanks oso buco style
Polenta
Sauted mushrooms

We as usual, had way too much fun, and someone was mean to someone
else, we had too much to eat, too much to drink, even a snake showed
up. All the signs of a successful cookin'

I was surprised and pleased to see a Happy Birthday Koko sign and big
balloon, thank you so much.

My wish is that everyone on rfc have the chance to participate in a
cookin'. This was my fourth, I have met and cooked with some of the
nicest people you'd ever want to meet.

Koko

Glad to hear everyone had a good time! I so wanted to be there!
Unfortunately, I ended up spending the majority of my day on my back, and
not in the fun way either.

Ah well, maybe next time

I would love to see the recipes for these. All the food sounded
amazing.
