In the USA, 4 ounces is 113.39 grams. In a recipe though, a few grams does not matter. |

I believe that is an imperial LB, or a metric sales-weight. The 7g wont be enough to make a major difference but the correct weight for a USA 'stick of butter' is 113g. 8 TB per stick. 14.125g per TB. That should help with them cookies <g>. |
