A few years back I was at a gathering where the hostess served a
desert called Greek Cake. It kind of reminded me of spice cake, but seemed to have more nuts and raisins in it, and was spicier. Looking back I wish I had tried to pursue the recipe. Would any of you have an idea about such a cake and/or the recipe? Myrl Jeffcoat |

My friends love it lightly dusted with confectioners sugar, too. That makes it too sweet for me but then again, I like grinding more nutmeg and a skosh more cinnamon over it. |
