Me too, I caught a couple episodes and liked it. I liked the one where he
worked the night shift in that bakery and the young bakery owner, a single
female, was all over him and you could cut the sex tension with a knife. I
bet they did it.

Anyway ...

That boy can really cook up a story ... I mean a Knight of the Realm and the
Queen gave him a castle? Why do people do this? It is so easily checked.
Did he really think he could dole up whopper after whopper and he'd never
get caught?

His goose is cooked, he's in a pickle, he went totally bananas.

Are we actually supposed to care? It's not like it affects his
program. I don't care if he claimed to be a billionaire three times
over. I enjoy watching that show... it's fascinating watching the
mechanics of feeding such large numbers of people!

Character matters.

I agree! If the guy knows how to cook and does it well... if he can cook in
"impossible" situations (and I've no idea whether or not he can or if it's
all accomplished via editing and multiple takes) why would it matter if he
was given a castle or cooked at the White House? He blew it. You don't lie
on your resume. Facts like education are easily checked, should anyone
bother.

I suppose this says something about my character, but I think he
should just apologize to the viewers before the next available
episode, and get on with it.

FTV should be grateful they have any viewers at all, and this is one
of their few "hits."
