Default REC Monster Cookies

Ye gods and little tin fishes. Someone from work just sent
me this recipe and the hint
that I try it out and bring in the results. Our 23
employees would go through these in
about a day and a half....

Monster Cookies

12 eggs
2 lb brown sugar
2 cups reg sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp maple syrup
8 tsp baking soda
1 lb butter
3 lb peanut butter
18 cups oatmeal (=42oz box)
1 lb chocolate chips
1 lb M&Ms
nuts optional

Mix all ingredients in order given.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
Makes 20 dozen large cookies.

(snippage)
A friend makes "monster cookies" using chunks of milk and white chocolate
rather than chips. (No M&M's but my grandma used to make M&M cookies!) He
also adds coursely chopped macadamia nuts. (None of us have nut allergies.)
