Check this tool out you can convert weight and temperature to meet
your Oven dial settings, in some countries the oven is calibrated to Celsius and other in Fahrenheit. While in cook books they use F and C to describe cooking step in oven. It is sometime very confusing, now it is simple, you can convert it at www.calculatoredge.com Same with weight, Pounds and Kilograms, this will help to cook the recipes better. Rick |
